Semolina – 1 bowl
Fresh Curd – 1 small bowl
GramFlour – 2 Big Spoons
Chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes and green chillis
Salt – as per taste
Olive Oil /Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
How To Make It:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with some water.
Fold it to make runny batter.
Switch on the gas and take a pan, pour over half spoon of oil and start making pancakes from the batter.
Cook them until they are soft golden brown.
Serve them with ketchup/chutney or a dip.
